Imagine Yankeedom as a colonized country. Every time you tried to find out about its place in international affairs, even in domestic affairs, it was presented from the point of view of its colonizer, say Germany. This is the situation in the Global South today. But thanks to the Global South International Communications Forum, this is starting to change.
