How the mighty have fallen! There was a time when both the United States and Russia looked to Europe for political, artistic and scientific guidance. Today it has lost 120 billion dollars in trade in the last 6 six years over its moronic sanctions of Russia. Why do they continue these self-destructive sanctions? Because it blindly follows US foreign policy against Russia. The self-destruction is even more apparent when we consider the United States itself is a collapsing empire.
