Employee Owned Grocery Chain Outperforming Walmart

According to capitalist logic, if you want to make a profit you have to keep wages low. Conversely, if you pay workers too well you can’t make a profit and you will go out of business. Well, according to this article, the employee owned grocery chain, Publix is treating its workers far better than Walmart treats its workers – and it is also selling its products at lower prices. Capitalist logic debunked!
