For the leadership of DSA the recent electoral victory by the Democrats constitute a “Rebirth of the American socialist movement”. But as this article points out, not one of the 12 DSA endorsed candidates have taken a stance against all the undeclared wars we’re fighting. There is nothing remotely socialist about these candidates. The DSA has consistently blurred the lines between what is liberal and what is socialist. Rather than form a mass party for socialism, it continues to propagate the hopeless prospective that the Democratic Party can be reformed.
