For decades the Democratic Party has benefitted from the characterization of the Republican Party as a war party. But in practice the Democratic Party has never been against any wars overseas.
A left-liberal party would oppose military spending and insist that the budget be spent on infrastructural projects, low cost housing and raising the minimum wage. But this party, like Trump, far prefers imperialism. The Democratic Party is good for nothing but attacking third parties and being a graveyard for naive social movements.
