Communal Councils in Venezuela: Cells of The Coming Socialist Civilization

The way the bourgeois press presents political tensions in Venezuela, there is the struggle between the Venezuelan state and its right-wing opposition. But this ignores the fact  that the Maduro regime has been supported by the communal councils, who, nonetheless, criticize the state from the left.  In the 10 years of their existence, these 22 communal councils have made collective decisions about the production and  distribution of surplus into food and housing projects.
