Trump went to China desperate to get help from them to stop Iran from blocking the Strait of Hormuz. China said no. Trump tried to cut China down by imposing tariffs.
That didn’t work and China’s growth rate is 5%. The real conflict between Russia and Mordor is incommensurable. One system is the development of industrial capital (for the Chinese it’s socialism) and for the US it is finance capital. Internationally, China is playing a positive-sum game of win-win with other countries. Mordor plays a zero-sum game with winners and losers. The latter doesn’t work given how few international allies Mordor has.
