The inclusion of nuclear energy in a basket of energy options is gaining ground in Europe and West Asia. In Europe, France, and even Yankee puppy-dog England are on board. This gives China and Russia two new trading partners. On the other hand, Germany and Belgium have cast their fate with green energy. The problems involved with implementing nuclear energy are that it takes 3-4 years to build a reactor and these reactors require fuel, which involves mining and ore extraction.
