China is now the top investor on the continent of Africa, in some cases waving custom duties’ fees in order to keep trade going. In addition, Russia is now expanding its traditional role of providing military aid to Africa. Thanks to Mordor’s sanctions oil and diesel, originally ticketed for Europe, are now showing up in Africa. It wont be the first or the last time Mordor shoots itself in the foot!
