The G7 meetings of Europeans and Yankees was once a place where capitalists would cautiously plan their future with the IMF and the World Bank would put a happy face on the events.
This year’s meeting, like the last few, is lacking any optimism or hope. Both the European continent and Mordor are on an Atlanticist Titanic with all the rats on deck. Contrast this to the ASEAN conference with rising economies in conscious opposition to the way things are in the West. ASEAN links countries from all over the world.
