Worker Coops: Where to Draw Resources From

Grassroots Economic Organizing is featuring a chapter by chapter description of how to set up an optimal worker cooperative, written by Luis Razeto Migliaro. This book is the most well-thought out presentation of how to have a successful coop that we have found. This chapter discusses by what means workers can gather the necessary resources for their coop, and the costs and benefits of finding resources outside the  community vs inside the community. With regard to drawing on internal resources, it explains ways to avoid members giving more than they receive and then becoming angry and leaving or staying and being resentful.
