Western World Pessimism and UN Optimistic Plan for the Future

According to Michael Roberts, the average Western citizen is more depressed about the world situation now than before either of the two world wars. In part this is because of the triple crises of economic inflation and slump, extreme weather, COVID and the geopolitical threat of war. Part of the pessimism has to do with a perceived lack of solutions. But unbeknown to most Westerners, the UN has a very well thought-out plan. The problem is that it has neither the political nor military power to enforce it.
