One of the great things about Labor Notes is that they report on small working-class victories. It doesn’t have to be a strike or a picket line. But more than that, they show HOW workers were successful. In this case, full-time UPS workers united with the 2nd tier workers who normally have to work Saturday, at lower wages, in a simple action that, a) got the full time workers more money, b) got the Saturday workers some time off and, c) got the union more bargaining chips.
