Transport Workers Shut Down Transport in India’s Second Biggest State

Tens of thousands of workers in India have defied close to 12 unions and continued their strike in its fourth week against the Indian state. These transport workers have shut down public transportation in India’s second largest state.They have considerable support among civic organizations. This strike continues the wave of strikes in India, including the success of recent Indian farmers’ strikes. With, or in this case, without unions, workers around the world are rising up. As usual, the capitalists have no answers.
