Generalissimo Orange Fatso has a bad case of cognitive compartmentalization. On one hand he blathers that he will not stand for the competition between the dollar and BRICS.
On the other hand his proposal of levying tariffs on India will only drive them further into trade with BRICS. He also displays international ignorance of the fact that Russia has built ties with India over decades and will not be disrupted by this barging bull in a China shop.
