OAS’s Luis Almagro: Lap Dog For Failing Yankee Imperialism

As is so often the case, the names of organizations either have nothing to do with what they actually do, or what they actually do is the exact opposite of what they claim to do. In the case of the Organization of American States, truth in advertising would be to call it the Disorganization of American States or The Organization of the Yankee Empire. Its leader, Luis Almagro, does the bidding of Washington.
