In this 25 minute talk Ben Norton contrasts the King of Orange’s characterization of China’s foreign policy vs what China is actually doing. First of all if we examine what China has done with the Belt and Road Initiative we can see this is nothing like US foreign policy. China makes commodities and builds infrastructures for the whole world.
Mordor trades in finance capital with its minions or sells weapons for wars. Also, China’s policy with the Global South is to build infrastructures at low cost. This is the opposite of what Western imperialism has been doing for over 100 years.
