In propaganda theory, white propaganda is in use when you have facts, but interpret them in a way favorable to yourself. It is relatively successful with its targets. Black propaganda is making up lies out of desperation because your propaganda is not having an effect.
Mordor media has been conducting black propaganda against RT big-time. Ridiculous claims include the usual ones that Russia is meddling in Mordor elections, RT is a spy agency for the Russian government and suspecting the news site Telegraph to have cyber-capacities. So much of this complaining is a projection of the Mordor’s own activity such as the censoring of the Assange case and the current massacring of Palestinians.
