Michael Roberts is one of the most inclusive of Marxian economists. His “summer reading” list is of five political economy books include books by Keynesians and two Marxists, including Henryk Grossman. In the case of Keynesians, Roberts always presents their arguments fairly before explaining why they do not work. All the books are easy to understand for the educated lay person.
