Identity Politics in High Places: Blaming The Working Class for Democrats’ Loss

The Democrat Party strategists incomprehensibly imagined that American voters would think identity politics mattered more than their own economic situation. They are in complete denial that social class issues might have anything to do with their loss.

They like to imagine that more working class white people chose Trump. But in fact Trump got the same number of votes as in 2020. It’s the Democrats who lost 10-12 million  of the  votes. Those who voted for Harris are disproportionately making over $100,000 per year.  The Democrats failed to own up to the fact that they couldn’t move the 38% of the people who didn’t vote at all.
