What ever happened to liberal feminism? For liberal feminists, questioning whether liberalism was compatible with the Democratic Party was never raised.
For DSA the Democratic Party was preferable to alliances with other socialists, whether Leninists or anarchists. For Gloria Steinem liberal feminism was completely compatible with doing CIA work. No wonder working class women did not join.
