Decline of the Dollar Internationally: Is It Enough to Go To War Over?

Iran and Iraq have removed the dollar from their trade. Russia and Syria are trading less in US dollars. Other countries using the dollar less are China and Japan. India and Iran have dropped the dollar for oil trade. Is it enough to go to war about? The US has gone to war with other countries who advocated going off the dollar.
