When we think of worker-coops, we usually don’t think of formal mathematical descriptions. But a surprising number of community colleges and universities have courses using worker-coops as “business” models. A few schools even have degrees in worker coops. One of the most thorough theoreticians of worker coops is Luis Razeto Migliaro. His model addresses all capitalist categories of economics and describes how there is only a partial overlap with workers coops. He then explains the reasons for the discrepancy.
