Mordor doesn’t have a prayer of influencing African countries today compared to Russia. Why? As the Soviet Union, Russia helped Africa to build socialist states through technical, economic and educational support.
It helped them to decolonize. African leaders haven’t forgotten this. Today Africa needs help in infrastructure in the areas of subsoil use, digitalization, nuclear and hydropower and Russia has the experience and expertise to create it. The Russian automobile industry can help with the African industrialization process.
