Building Rank-and-File Workers’ Power in a Pandemic: Labor Notes Virtual Conference Draws Thousands

For those of you who don’t know about Labor Notes, it has been the most successful organization for building workers’ power from the bottom up in the United States. Founded 40 years ago, it tracks workers’ struggles around the country. It holds conferences, workshops, publishes books and free download materials. The in-person version of the conference was projected to include 4,000 people. Because of COVID-19 the conference  was held virtually. Between Zoom and Facebook the conference still drew 1,300 people. below is a write up of the conference as a whole along with videos of the different workshops. Enjoy and share!
